Verify your contact details, MC number, DOT number, and CDL information. This is how your broker will identify you in their system.

Optional — record a short video telling us about your business and what makes you a great partner. Carriers who include an intro consistently get approved faster.

Verify Your Identity
Complete a quick identity check with a photo of your CDL and a live selfie. Powered by Stripe Identity — typically takes under 2 minutes.

Upload Your Documents
Upload your Certificate of Insurance, MC Authority Letter, W-9, Broker-Carrier Agreement, and CDL copy. PDFs and images accepted.

Select Your Preferred Lanes
Optional — tell your broker what equipment you run and the lanes you prefer. This helps match you to open loads faster. You can enter up to 3 preferred lane pairs.

Submission & Approval
Once your documents and identity are submitted, your broker will review your packet and reach out with next steps. You'll be notified as soon as your account is approved.
Tips for a Smooth Experience
📄Have your documents ready — Before starting, gather your COI, MC Authority letter, W-9, and CDL. Having them on hand will speed things up considerably.
📱Works on any device — Complete this portal from your phone, tablet, or computer. For the optional video intro, make sure your device has a working camera and microphone.
🌐Switch languages — Use the language selector in the top right to switch between English and Spanish at any time.
🔒Your data is secure — All documents and recordings are encrypted. Identity verification is powered by Stripe. Only your broker can access your submitted information.
