Create your 4-digit PIN
On your first visit you'll set a 4-digit numeric PIN. This protects your portal so only you can access your information. You'll need it any time you return to your portal.

Enter your company info
Confirm your legal business name, physical address, and contact details. Tell us whether you'll be driving the truck yourself or assigning a driver.

Upload your documents
Upload your Certificate of Insurance, W-9, and any other required documents. You can do this from your phone camera — no scanner required.

Review & sign the carrier agreement
Read through the Master Carrier Agreement and sign digitally with your full legal name. No printing. No faxing. Your signed copy is stored automatically.

Driver identity verification
Each driver completes a one-time verification: a photo of the front and back of their CDL plus a live selfie, powered by Stripe Identity. Then they authorize the background check per FCRA requirements.

Carrier FAQ

Do I need to create an account?
No. You access your portal through the secure link your broker sends you. You'll create a 4-digit PIN on your first visit — that's all you need.
What documents do I need to upload?
Your Certificate of Insurance (COI), W-9, and MC authority documents. Your broker may require additional documents depending on their requirements.
What is the driver identity verification?
Each driver takes a photo of the front and back of their CDL and a live selfie. This is powered by Stripe Identity and confirms the driver is who they claim to be. It takes about 2 minutes.
What is the background check authorization?
Federal law (FCRA) requires your written authorization before your broker can obtain your Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) or background check. You'll authorize this once during onboarding — it covers all loads dispatched through the platform.
Can I access my portal after I finish?
Yes. Use your original link and 4-digit PIN to return and update documents or review your status. Driver authorization links are one-time only and lock after completion for security.
Who do I contact if I have a problem?
Contact the broker who sent you the onboarding link. They manage your account and can resend the link or assist with any issues.
