Create a 4-digit PIN
On their first visit, the carrier creates a 4-digit numeric PIN. This protects their portal so only they can access their information. Numeric only — simple and secure.

Complete the carrier packet
The carrier fills in their company info, answers whether they're driving the truck themselves or assigning a driver, uploads their insurance certificate and W-9, and e-signs the carrier agreement.

Driver completes verification
Each driver receives their own invitation link (one-time use). They take a photo of the front and back of their CDL and a live selfie via Stripe Identity, then authorize the background check.
